Harambee,Nyayo tiens bon [prends courage]

Je m'en vais a Nairobi

pour preter main forte a Duni

Je m'en vais a Nairobi

je ramenerai Duni

A few other comments of note from the Youtube link

KURO5822 said She is singing about a visit to Nairobi to pay a coutesy call to President Moi of Kenya. Our African diversity should be our strength not our weakness. Can we all call for a stop of wars in Africa and let Africans enjoy and be happy.Excellent song

larryboy1995said It was wrongly associated with President Moi n his dictatorship when she n Tabuley sang it in swahili praising the president back in 1987, but so good to know the original was but such a sweet love song, thanks to you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

TheShadwin said Thank you Malala74 for translating this song to English- many Kenyans love this song but couldnt understand. From 2:40 to 2:50 is Swahili words; Harambee means lets unite, pull our resources together to develop, mostly introduced by President Kenyatta. Nyayo meant footsteps- Moi had to follow Kenyattas footsteps! Thanks Malala74 again.

pampurrio said NAKEI NAIROBI (“El alambre”).

princegero1 7 said ("Ezali mabe nayoka okomi na pasi, naza te." = "It's so bad to hear that you're suffering and I'm not around."). Just to help you out a little bit my dear. But very good job and well done. May god bless you. Bigg masta G
